What to Expect:

Gentle yoga poses: We emphasize safe and comfortable yoga postures that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while avoiding poses that may be contraindicated during pregnancy.

Breathing techniques: Learn techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance relaxation, preparing both body and mind for childbirth.
Pelvic floor exercises: Strengthen and stabilize the pelvic floor muscles, which can support a smoother labor and postpartum recovery.
