Working out while pregnant offers lots of benefits for you and your baby.


Outdoor exercise can improve mood, energy,  and well-being.


Being physically active outdoors increases exposure to the sun, which is the best natural source of vitamin D. 

That can help you decrease many pregnancy symptoms and a quicker postpartum recovery.


It is important to remember to exercise safely and listen to your body!

For who: every stage of pregnancy! Exercises prepares you for labor and delivery, sets you up for recovery, promotes pelvic floor health, and helps prevent or manage diastasis recti.
